SUPRESTA L.L.C of SUPRESTA Group will receive all equity dividends of ICL GROUP LTD after September 7, 2023, all original employees, original debt ownership, original business, orders and production materials, production tasks, original customers, software ownership, and patent ownership , third-party contracts and other related company asset ownership.
