Product overview:
This product is based on phosphate ester as the basic raw material, and added with antioxidant, hydrolysis-resistant and corrosion-resistant additives, which has a very high ignition temperature (545℃); Excellent corrosion resistance; Good oxidation resistance; Can effectively prevent phosphate ester from being decomposed after being polluted by water.
Scope of application:
It is suitable for hydraulic systems that need fire resistance, such as electro-hydraulic control systems and other hydraulic systems with high fire risk. Due to leakage, tubing rupture or other reasons, the hydraulic oil may come into contact with the heated surface during processing, which may cause danger. This product can prevent the above dangers.
Precautions:
This product can not be mixed with water-glycol and emulsified hydraulic system, and it also has certain influence on some sealing rings made of chloroprene rubber. However, it is suitable for places where sealing materials such as silicon-based, polytetrachloroethylene and fluororubber are used.
