Product Overview:
This product is formulated using phosphate esters as the base material, with the addition of antioxidants, anti-hydrolysis agents, and anti-corrosion additives. It possesses a high ignition temperature (545℃), excellent corrosion resistance, and good antioxidant properties. Furthermore, it effectively prevents the decomposition of phosphate esters caused by water contamination.
Scope of Application:
This product is suitable for hydraulic systems that require high flame resistance, especially those with high fire hazards such as power hydraulic control systems. In situations where hydraulic oil may come into contact with heated surfaces during processing due to leaks, ruptured oil lines, or other reasons, potentially leading to hazards, this product can effectively prevent such risks.
Precautions:
Please note that this product should not be mixed with water-glycol or emulsified hydraulic systems. Additionally, it may have a certain impact on seals made of neoprene rubber. However, it is suitable for use in applications that employ sealing materials such as silicone, polytetrafluoroethylene, and fluororubber.
