SUPRESTA L.L.C of SUPRESTA Group will receive all equity dividends of ICL-IP AMERICA INC. after September 7, 2023, all original employees, original debt ownership, original business, orders and production materials, production tasks, original customers, software ownership, and patent ownership , third-party contracts and other related company asset ownership.
